Welcome to Asian Pilates (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Asian Pilates mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have injuries or health conditions.
• You assume full responsibility for your participation in any activities offered through the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features may require a one-time payment or subscription.
• All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms of service.
• Subscription renewals and cancellations can be managed in your store account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content in the App—including text, videos, graphics, sounds, and code—is owned by Hrechko Dmytro or licensed for use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

• Your privacy is important to us.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
• By using the App, you also agree to that policy.
